Vinification: Handpicked grapes in 18 kg boxes. Cluster selection and destemming. Cold maceration between 5-8 ° C for 24 hours. After that we separate the juice and we make a clarification. Then it takes place to a controlled fermentation at 15 ° C for 15 days.

Tasting notes: Bright pale yellow color with greenish hues. Elegant fruity and floral aroma with fresh notes of apricot and passion fruit. Friendly entrance in the mouth with good acidity and mouth feel. Fresh and gourmet wine that pair with sea food, sushi as well as Mexican food and pasta with mild sauces.
