Vinification: This exquisite wine comes from a meticulously selected plot, ensuring a controlled yield of 5,000 kg/ha to enhance fruit concentration and maturity. Following meticulous manual harvest and grape sorting, the grapes undergo destemming, crushing, and are then transferred to fermentation tanks maintained at a precise temperature of 25°C. A post-fermentation maceration of 15 days takes place, allowing for the development of malolactic fermentation. This wine is produced only during exceptional vintages.

Aging: To enhance its complexity and refinement, 70% of the wine is aged for 18 months in first-use French oak barrels. Subsequently, the wine is carefully rested in the bottle for a minimum of 15 months.

Tasting Notes: Exceptional wine with a deep, alluring burgundy color adorned with delicate blueish hues. The nose reveals an elegant bouquet reminiscent of ripe black fruits and luscious quince, perfectly complemented by enticing spicy notes derived from its oak maturation. Powerful on palate, showing a solid structure and good intensity. The velvety, juicy and enveloping tannins gracefully lead to an enduring finish.

Following a manual harvest and meticulous handling of the fruit, the grapes undergo destemming and gentle crushing before being transferred to fermentation tanks. Maintaining a precise temperature control of 25°C, the fermentation process begins, accompanied by a post-fermentation maceration period of 20 days, during which malolactic fermentation also takes place. The wine is then aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels, followed by a minimum of 15 months of bottle aging.
